Festucoides

It is a stemless plant growing up to 55cm high, with thick,  grass-like bundles.  When flowering the petals are blue fused into a  tube 3cm long.  It likes moderate humidity and semi-shade conditions.   An interesting plant reminiscent of a tuft of grass.
