Reichenbachii
This species rarely grows more than 16cm across and 10 cm tall. The leaves are polystichous, and the narrowly triangular, involute-subulate blades are recurving and covered with an indumentum of subappressed, cinereous scales. The scape is erect and slender. The inflorescence is copactly bipinnate. It has a delicately fragrant corolla composed of three, pale violet petals with white centres. It is a hardy species and grows well under average tillandsia conditions of bright light, frequent watering, and consistent fertilization during the growing season.
